Write one sentence. Get an agent that works for you every week.
Say what you want done, the way you'd tell a colleague. Your agent finds the companies, researches each one, finds the right person and writes to them, then puts it all in your tools for your OK. No table to build, no workflow to wire, and it keeps going on its own.
Enrich a list in a minute, or let an agent find new ones every week.
- 500 credits included, no card needed
- Asks before it sends, by default
- Your keys, your data: lists and results aren't stored
- Finds dental groups with a new locationBusiness registries, maps and their own sites
- Researches each oneLocations, size, the software they use, hiring
- Finds the owner and checks the emailYour Apollo, Hunter or PDL keys, then a verifier
- Writes an opener about their new locationFrom your offer and what it learned
- Waits for your OKNothing is sent until you approve
- Adds them to Instantly, pausedEvery Monday, only groups it hasn't covered
Typing the sentence is all it takes. The agent asks only what it's missing, shows what it will look up and what it costs, then saves.

Every agent is a link
Open it, bookmark it, or drop it into a Google Sheet, a Zapier step or an n8n workflow. It runs the plan you confirmed: the same searches, sources and steps every time, with no AI spent working out what to do again.
AI only does the judgment calls you asked for (which companies fit, your research questions, the emails), on your own key, under your daily cap.
- Your sentenceWhat you want, in your words
- The planWorked out by AI, once, and confirmed by you
- The agent's linkBookmark it, or put it in your tools
- Every runThe same searches, sources and steps
=IMPORTDATA("https://programmable.info/r/k3x9q2m7pd")The sheet fills with the agent's latest companies whenever it refreshes. A link runs on its owner's account under limits you set, so keep it among people you trust. Try the research on a company, no account needed.
How it works
It asks before it sends
You write the agent as a sentence. Each run it finds companies it hasn't covered, the right people at each, checks their emails, researches the company and drafts the outreach. Then it waits for you.
- Paused by default. The campaign lands in your sending tool paused, with the leads and the copy, until you start it.
- A reviewer, if you want one. An AI check on your own key holds any lead that doesn't clearly fit, with its reasons, on one Approvals screen.
- Approve or discard. Approving runs the agent again for that company and adds the lead, still paused. Preview runs it without sending.
- No repeats. An agent remembers which companies it has covered, so nobody gets the same email twice.

Hi Dana, congratulations on the Austin location. Twelve offices and three front-desk roles open at once is a lot of phones to cover.
We answer and book calls for dental groups while new staff ramp up. Worth a short call next week?

The difference
What you stop building
Enrichment usually means building a table: columns, formulas and data vendors to wire up before the first useful row. Here you describe the result and the agent works out the steps.
No table to build
Usually: Columns wired to columns, run row by row, rebuilt when the list changes.
Here: One sentence: who you sell to, what to find out, who to reach and where they go. It's read into a plan you confirm once, then pinned, so every run does the same thing.
No formulas
Usually: Lookup steps, conditions and prompt templates to keep in order.
Here: Ask for data in plain words (tech stack, hiring, mobile speed) and ask your own questions; each becomes a column with its answer and a reason.
No provider setup
Usually: Accounts and keys with each data vendor before the first row fills.
Here: Included sources and email checks work with no keys at all. Add your own Apollo, Hunter or People Data Labs keys later, if you want more.
Bring your own list too
Usually: Reformatting an export so the tool will take it.
Here: Upload the CSV you have. The website, email or LinkedIn column is found on its own and every column you brought is kept, in order.

Is easy also shallow? No.

Your keys and your data
- Your keys cost no credits. Apollo, Hunter, People Data Labs and your AI key bill you directly; Programmable adds nothing on top.
- Encrypted. Keys are stored encrypted and only used for your own runs.
- Not stored. Your lists and results aren't stored; only receipts, agent settings and which companies an agent has covered are kept.
- What we keep, and what we don't
Or buy credits as you go
Questions
Can I bring my Clay table?
Yes. Export the table from Clay as a CSV and upload it under Data, or start an agent from Your list. Programmable finds the website, email or LinkedIn column on its own, keeps every column you brought in the same order, and adds its research alongside. The file is read when it runs and isn't stored. Formulas and the table's own enrichment steps don't come across: say what you want added in a sentence instead, and the agent works out the columns.
What happens when my Apollo credits run out?
The run keeps going. When Apollo answers that a key is out of credits, Programmable stops calling Apollo for the rest of that run and moves to the next provider in your provider order (Findymail, Hunter or People Data Labs, if you've connected them), while the included email pattern checks keep running. The run's summary says Apollo stopped and why, and Settings shows the problem until a later run uses Apollo without one. Your own keys never add credits, so what the run costs doesn't change, and nothing is bought on your behalf.
Does an agent send emails on its own?
Not by default. An agent's campaign waits paused in your sending tool (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Reply.io or Apollo) until you start it there. You can add an AI reviewer that holds anything unclear for you on the Approvals screen, and only an agent you set to start by itself ever does. Your sending tool sends, from your mailboxes, with its own unsubscribe settings.
Do you keep the lists I upload, or the results?
No. Your upload is read in memory to build the sheet and then discarded, and the rows stream to you without being saved on our side. You own the lists you bring and the sheets you get back. Sheets are built when you ask and streamed to you; we don't store the rows, sell them, pool them into a shared database, or train AI on them. We keep only receipts (row counts and cost) and public facts about companies, like a company's tech stack, so repeat lookups are fast.
Do I have to use links or the API?
No. Most people use the app: find a list or upload a CSV, pick the columns, and download the sheet or send it to their CRM. Links are there for when you want the same sheet rebuilt automatically, in Google Sheets, Zapier or a script.
Do I need any API keys?
No. Company columns come from public sources, and email pattern checks for people are included. Keys are optional: an AI key (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter) for your own questions and plain-English requests, and data providers like Apollo or Hunter when you want more.
What does a credit buy?
One row, plus one more for each costly column group you switch on (email finder, leadership, performance, marketplaces) and one per person found by Find people. Rows that can't be enriched are refunded automatically. Buy packs whose credits don't expire, or a monthly plan that's cheaper per credit and comes with team seats.
Where does people data come from?
Public professional profiles found through search, the company's own site, email pattern checks, and any provider you connect with your own key. We don't scrape LinkedIn, and nothing about people is kept after a sheet.
Can I use it without the app?
Yes. Every sheet is a URL. Put it in a Google Sheets IMPORTDATA formula, call it from Zapier, Make or n8n (which reach Airtable, Pipedrive and the rest), or curl it from a script, with a key you control.
Can it send rows straight to a new Google Sheet in my Drive?
Yes. Connect Google Sheets in Connections and pick it under "Also send to": each run goes into a new spreadsheet in your Drive, and Programmable can only see the spreadsheets it made. You can also put an agent's link in a Sheets cell with IMPORTDATA, or use the add-on for formulas and a sidebar.
What about privacy?
Sheets are streamed, not stored. People can opt out, and we honour it everywhere. Your provider and AI keys are encrypted and only used for your own sheets.
