Your keys and your data
- Your keys cost no credits. Apollo, Hunter, People Data Labs and your AI key bill you directly; Programmable adds nothing on top.
- Encrypted. Keys are stored encrypted and only used for your own runs.
- Not stored. Your lists and results aren't stored; only receipts, agent settings and which companies an agent has covered are kept.

What does a credit buy?
One row, plus one more for each costly column group you switch on (email finder, leadership, performance, marketplaces) and one per person found by Find people. Rows that can't be enriched are refunded automatically. Buy packs whose credits don't expire, or a monthly plan that's cheaper per credit and comes with team seats.
How do I start?

Do unused credits carry over?

What if a row can't be researched?
Rows that fail are refunded automatically, and each run's receipt shows what it charged.
Do I need any API keys?
No. Company columns come from public sources, and email pattern checks for people are included. Keys are optional: an AI key (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter) for your own questions and plain-English requests, and data providers like Apollo or Hunter when you want more.
