Find dental groups opening a new location, and write to the owner

The sentence

Every week, find dental groups in Texas that are opening a new location, find the owner or practice manager, and write them a short email about scheduling. Hold them for my approval.

Screen recording, waits cut2:13

No source can filter on "opening a new location", and the plan says so. The agent works around it: it finds Texas dental groups with two or more locations, researches each one on the web for signs of a new office, scores it 1 to 10, and only goes further with the ones that score 7 or more. Everything after that, the person, the email check, the sequence and the hand-off to Apollo, comes from the same sentence.

    The sentence

Typed into Home the way you'd ask a colleague. No form, no workflow, no column to set up.

The sentence typed into Home's agent box
  2. 2

It reads the sentence back and asks where leads go

Finished in 15 seconds: what it understood in a few lines, then where the leads should go, with a suggested choice.

It suggested a new email campaign in the tool it would use by default. One reply, "in a new Apollo sequence please", moved it to Apollo.

The agent's read-back and the choice of where leads go
  3. 3

What it offers, in a line

It offers the description from Your business. Here a line was typed instead: an AI front desk that fills last-minute cancellations by texting each location's waitlist.

The plan came back in a second.

The offer typed as a reply, and the plan arriving
  4. 4

The whole plan, then one change in plain words

The first plan was honest about the gap: no source can filter on a new location, so an AI question checks the web for each group, and groups without signs would still come through with a low score.

One more line fixed that: "Only keep groups that score 7 or higher on the new-location check, and call it zz showcase dental video." The plan now finds up to 50 dentist businesses in Texas with 2 or more locations, scores each, and only searches for people at 7 and up.

Every source is listed with who pays: company lists and research included, people search and email checks on your own connected tools, AI on your key. About 150 credits and $0.07 of AI a run at most, shown before anything runs.

Run

  1. 5

    The run, step by step

Finding companies, checking fit, finding people, researching and finding emails, adding to Apollo paused: each step shows as it happens, and it keeps going if you leave the page.

Checking fit is the careful part, each group researched on the open web. All 50 were scored in under two minutes.

The run in progress: 50 companies found, checking fit 12 of 50

Result

  1. 6

14 of 50 looked like they were opening a new office

36 groups scored under 7 and went no further, so they cost no people search and no email checks.

At the 14 that passed it found the owner, practice manager or office manager at 3. Two had a work email that passed the checks and went to Apollo; the third had none and was left out, with a note on how to find more.

The whole run cost 9 credits and $0.06 of AI. Companies that don't make it aren't charged.

This run: 14 companies, 3 people, 2 added to Apollo, 9 credits and $0.06 of AI

What happens next

  1. 7

A paused sequence in Apollo, waiting for you

The agent wrote the sequence from the offer, created it in Apollo as "Texas dental groups opening new locations" and added the 2 leads, paused. Nothing has been sent; approval is manual, so nothing sends until you start it in Apollo.

Next week it runs again on its own and skips the companies it has covered, adding new leads to the same sequence.

The agent's runs and its Apollo sequence, paused until you start it

Questions

What if no data source can filter on what I asked for?
The agent says so in the plan ("Can't do yet") and works around it: it finds the closest list a source can give, then asks an AI question with web research of each company. Tell it the lowest score to keep and it only goes further with those.
Does anything get sent without me?
Not here. Approval was set to manual and the Apollo sequence is created paused: nothing sends until you start it in Apollo.
Whose keys and credits does it use?
The plan lists each source and who pays: the company list and research are included, people search and email checks use your own connected tools, and the AI questions use your AI key or the AI included in your plan.
