Questions
- Where does the list come from?
- The SAM.gov public entity extract, which the U.S. General Services Administration publishes. We load it and keep the history, so a company's registration date, status and expiry are the registry's own.
- How fresh is it?
- The public entity extract is monthly; exclusions update daily. The page says which extract it was built from. Following the feed re-runs the search every week and tells you only about companies you haven't seen.
- Does it include every new business in Puerto Rico?
- No. Only businesses that registered in SAM.gov for federal awards. Sole proprietorships registered under a person's name are left out.
- Can I get it as a spreadsheet or into my CRM?
- Yes. Once you follow a feed it is a saved search in your account: run it on the Find tab, enrich the companies into a sheet, send them to HubSpot or Salesforce, or take the signals by webhook.
