Find public companies by what their SEC filings say
Public companies tell you a lot in their filings: new initiatives, risks, vendors, priorities. Search the full text of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and S-1s for a phrase, filter by date and headquarters state, and get the companies, with their websites matched from official records.
How it works
- On the Find tab, choose SEC filings.
- Enter a phrase, pick filing types and a date range, optionally a state.
- Check the list, then enrich the companies or find people at them.
