Find work emails from names and company websites
You know who you want to reach and where they work. We build each address from that company's email format, learned from tens of thousands of companies, check it where we can, and tell you how sure we are, including when a company uses more than one format.
How it works
- Paste one person per line: name and company website, or a LinkedIn profile.
- Tick Work email. Connect a verifier or a finder like Apollo for verified results.
- Get the email, its status (verified, likely, or guess), confidence and the alternative when a company mixes formats.
Example: what goes in, what comes out
One line
Jane Rivera, northwind-coffee.com One row back, with these columns
| first_nameFirst name | Jane |
| last_nameLast name | Rivera |
| titleTitle | Head of Marketing |
| emailEmail | jane.rivera@northwind-coffee.com |
| email_statusEmail status | verified |
| email_confidenceEmail confidence | 92 |
| email_patternEmail pattern | first.last |
| person_linkedinLinkedIn (person) | linkedin.com/in/janerivera |
A made-up company; the column names are the real ones you'll see in the sheet. verified needs a verifier or finder connected; without one the status says how the address was built (pattern_only).
What you get
- Work email and status
- Confidence and how it was found
- The company's email format
- Title and LinkedIn profile
- Company facts for each person
Questions
- Do you store people's emails?
- No. Addresses are found live for your sheet and never stored. We keep only each company's format (like first.last@), never anyone's address.
- How accurate are guesses?
- It depends on the evidence: a format seen for hundreds of people at a company is much more reliable than one seen once, and the confidence score says so.
